Product is good but company has been let down by the delivery service. "Orders usually delivered next day" was later found to be next business day from the courier's information, tracking wasn't updated until after business hours on the second day and was eventually out for delivery the third day, which was not convenient so had to rearrange. I think APC Overnight should rebrand to include over several nights!

Communication level with customer seems to be non-customer friendly. Not known whether purchase has been registered to cover for warranty
Their returns policy does not exist
They falsely declared they had delivered my item, I had CCTV footage it had not been delivered. Then surprisingly it arrived 24hrs later. Unfortunately there is a fault with my item and there is no way you can return it. You ring it ends, a tape recording message that ends. Printing a returns policy form, what form ? Extremely strict returns policy that you cannot adhere to because you cannot print their returns policy form. You have 30 days to return and are in an impossible situation. £67 is lost and died on a dead watch.
Might I add after your reply, we did have text chat because the watch had NOT been delivered.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift…
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 22/12 and the website promised next day delivery, if ordered before 4.00pm.
The item was delivered a week later after Christmas.
No communication from the company to inform us of the delay.
Dont make promises you can keep!
The watch was dispatched by you on 29th, exactly a week after, so it was not even a courier problem!

I ordered a Swatch Irony watch for my son for Christmas. The watch arrived via a courier so I didn’t need to worry about the Royal Mail strikes. It arrived a day late but it did arrive in time so I have no complaints on that score. The original red Swatch box was a little bit crushed and the watch itself was not inserted properly into position so it looked hurriedly put together. But I managed to straighten it out so I’m glad I checked before wrapping it up. But all in all a decent service.

Late Delivery
I paid extra for next day delivery as I ordered before 4 pm. It took 3 days with the courier appointed - APC.
It actually arrived afternoon on 24/12/2022.
I believe it was despatched on the date of order, but the courier was at fault.

Found the watch I was looking for in the colour requested by my granddaughter and at a really good price.
I ordered the watch a couple of weeks before Xmas and it arrived very quickly. Altogether a very good online shopping experience!
Make House of Watches your first port of call
House of Watches web site is bright, informative, easy to navigate whether you're just browsing or looking for a specific item. I was looking for a specific watch, browsing as you do and realised that jewellery and watches is fairly price maintained. However, I found the watch that I was looking for with a considerable discount. It arrived a couple of days later. Excellent service. First port of call if I'm ever looking again for a watch.

Completely the wrong watch!
Completely the wrong watch was delivered! The item ordered was a stainless steel watch with crystals and the one that was delivered had a gold face and a brown leather strap. When I phoned to explain the mistake I was told that an exchange could not be done as the correct item was now no longer in stock. I then had to waste my own time taking the watch to a UPS point so it could be returned but was not offered anything in the way of compensation for the poor service or inconvenience. This was very disappointing!

Overall, I'm really happy with the product and service of House of Watches.
My mum wanted a traditional/ vintage style watch and she is over the moon with the one I bought.
The variety of watches is vast, and prices are reasonable. Delivery was prompt too

No parcel. No contact. No explanation
Ordered on Wed 14/12. Website claimed next day courier delivery if ordered early in the day. My partner was working from home Thu Fri so either day was good. Was emailed to say delivery would take place on Saturday 17/12. No one was in so rearranged it for Monday via APC website which is the courier. No sign of delivery still on the 27/12. Emailed HoW and APC. No sign of my order and not even a reply from House of Watches or the courier company. This was a Christmas present too. Don't like leaving bad reviews and I get that things can go wrong but it's not being kept in the loop that I'm most angry about. Wouldn't recommend
